To get a job in Dubai, you need to have a passport and a diploma. Diploma (or the same power-certificate) must be approved. First, assure the diploma by the notary in your own city, then in the Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and finally, in the Embassy of the United Arab Emirates. All documents must be translated into Arabic (tip – convert them also into English) by the interpreters (who are licensed by the Ministry of Justice). If you have all the documents, the local Ministry of Labour will take them and give you a card, which will indicate which day you need to come back for the answer. If the answer is yes, then you will be given an employment visa. This visa allows you to stay in the country for 60 days. During these days you should get an employment contract, the employee work card and resident visa.
Important: Do not take tourist, transit or visit visa, because with them you will not have the right to work. If you break it, you’ll be punished (though, as your employer) and it is not limited with fines only.
