Largest in the Middle East, International Property Show (IPS) in 2011, focusing on the sale of residential real estate and investments, will be held from 10 to 12 May in Dubai (UAE). This year is expected to attend approximately 200 exhibitors and 20,000 visitors from 100 countries, the exhibition area is 15,000 sq.m. The event will provide an opportunity to meet with leading professionals in real estate, including the largest agencies, developers, investment professionals and consulting companies in the UK, USA, Spain, Italy, Malaysia, Thailand, Korea and other countries and to consider a variety of industrial, commercial, institutional and residential projects and proposals for primary, secondary and under construction real estate market in the Middle East and other regions, as well as get professional advice on transactions, buying, leasing and property management in one country or another, on the most profitable ways of investment and lending.
