Palm Islands are considered to be the eighth wonder of the world, the most unique creation of mankind. They consist of three large man-made islands – “Palm Jumeirah”, “Palm Jebel Ali” and “Palm Deira”. Islands consists of “crown” and “trunk” of the palm tree, which consists of 17 branches.

Palms will have a great infrastructure of recreation area. The number of real estate is large: shopping and entertainment centers, houses and villas on the water, 1 – 4-room apartment, townhouse apartments and penthouses. Islands construction is invested by Dubai government, local and international banks.



Businessmen from the whole world have bought the main part of already constructed facilities and facilities that are still in construction. High prices are not a problem for world stars of show business and sports, oil and gas tycoons, politicians sharks, golden and diamond kings. Purchasing island property, foreigners have the right to private property.

In the future, the islands will be occupied by luxury hotels, restaurants, shopping centers, bedroom residential apartments, movie theaters, water attractions, special area for diving, sport clubs, stadiums, water parks, etc.

These islands will increase Dubai’s shoreline by 120 km.
