“Marhaba” in Arabic means “welcome”. Passengers who use the services of Marhaba, will appreciate the relaxing atmosphere of a special waiting room of Marhaba, guaranteeing that their journey will be enjoyable and convenient. This luxurious waiting room is decorated like a traditional Arabic majlis, working around the clock. It fascinates with its comfort, allowing passengers to relax before the flight or in between. Regardless of airline or class of flight, travelers will find a large selection of different treats and beverages, as well as opportunity to use business center, watch TV, read the latest press and have a good rest. For those whose plane change in Dubai has been delayed for 8 hours or more, there is a special City Stop program, including a 96-hour visa, hotel accommodation and transfers from airport to hotel and back. For transit passengers the company offers a large selection of 3, 4, 5 and 5 deluxe hotels to stay. To use this service, passengers must show ticket of flight continuation in the Marhaba. Service is available around the clock.
“Family” package specially designed for travelers with children. It includes the distribution of passengers in a separate hall of arrival and expedition of passage of all passport and customs formalities as well as help with getting luggage. In addition, Marhaba Service offers additional services: Limousine from Dubai to anywhere in Emirates; Floral bouquets delivery; Rent of luggage carts and special mini-cars to move inside the airport.
All of these types of services provided to private persons for cash, and representatives of companies, whose employees often travel through the airport of Dubai. For companies representatives, there is a special corporate program, Corporate Membership, which gives to companies a number of advantages.
